ROTEX Company, that produces various articles of plastics, has been existing on the market since 1982. It is a private enterprise, which employs over 100 workmen. Our company specializes in the production of articles of plastics for gardening, household, automotive, office, electro-technic, furniture and cooperation branches.

At present we produce the following goods:

1. The gardening branch – flower-pots, balcony boxes, vases
2. The household branch – components to washing machines and hydro-extractors like: rims, covers, shields, handles
3. The co-operation branch – components to engines like: electric motor ventilators, terminal boards
4. The office branch – office shelves, CD-Cases
5. The furniture branch – armchair back covers, furniture handles, furniture foots

At present time we have abilities to start production in many different branches (depending on customer demands) , because our production potential has been greatly increased in the last few months. Beside that, our company have recently bought pretty big production space in order to start next, technologically advanced, production lines.

Our product is controlled at all stages of production. I would like to add, that we already have earned the experience in production of components of plastics to many different branches, which is surely a benefit to the quality of our goods.

We are aware, that we must meet highest requirements, so I feel obligated to introduce our capabilities:
We possess the following machinery:

- Injection moulders of such companies as: ARBURG, BATTENFELD, KRAUS, MAFEIN, DEMAG
- Closing force from 25 to 600 tones
- Injection capacity from 30 to 3000 grammes
- Possibility of vertical and horizontal inject

We also have injection moulders, which are suitable for a two-component inject. It gives the possibility of creating a component, made of two different materials, characterized by different mechanical, chemical and colouristic features, in one working cycle. This technology enables e. g. welding two details made of different materials or leading in aesthetic effect on elements having two colours.

In the production we have performed till now, we have used the following materials:
- Polypropylene
- Polystyrene
- Polyethylene
- ABS
- Polyamide and modified plastics

We also have a well-qualified and experienced personnel, that is able to elaborate every issue in complex form. It means, that we always think about construction of design, preparation of needed tooling, performing final product and start serial production.

In the process of design we use an I-DEAS 9 software. In the process of production we use both numerically controlled machines and traditional ones.

We also have our own means of transport.
